Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 7/10/15 days (customize as needed) from the date of delivery to return your item.

The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The replaced product will be delivered within 45 business days

Refunds are not accepted on sale or clearance items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 45 days and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged in 7 working days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
